In what appears as reward for job well done, President Muhammadu Buhari has, today, February 4, nominated the recently sacked service chiefs as non-career ambassadors-designate, barely two weeks after relieving them of their duties following public outcry on worsening state of insecurity in the country.

.
Revealing this in a statement this afternoon, the president’s Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, said President Buhari had forwarded the names of the ex-Service Chiefs to the Senate for confirmation.
