Ivana Trump, first wife of the immediate-past president of the United States, Donald Trump, has succumbed to the cold hands of death.
Posting the passing of the mother of his three children on his social media app, Trump said she died at her home in New York City, on July 14, 2022, confirming they had together three children: Donald Jr., Ivanka and Eric Trump. She was 73.
Trump wrote; “She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman, who led a great and inspirational life.
“She was so proud of the children, as we were all proud of her,” he wrote, saying: “Rest in Peace, Ivana!”
Ivana Trump, born Ivana Marie Zelnickova, grew up under the communist rule in the former Czechoslovakia and left in the 1970s to marry Donald Trump in 1977.
She worked for years in Trump’s business empire as a Senior Executive, and was later appointed CEO of Trump’s Castle, one of his hotel casinos in the Atlantic City, and helped design interiors for the Grand Hyatt Hotel and Trump Towers. She was also author of multiple bestselling books as well as creating a clothing line of her own./SHARE THIS
