
The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has said results of the recently held Mock Examination would be added or have any effect on the main examination.
This was stated in the latest edition of JAMBulletin.
JAMB c o n d u c t e d it’ s 2 0 2 0 M o c k Examination nationwide on Tuesday, 18 February, 2020.
The voluntary Mock Examination is an initiative of the JAMB Registrar, Professor Ishaq O l o y e d e , a n d i s c o n d u c t e d preparatory to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
JAMBulletin reported that “a total of 667 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres with about 155,156 candidates participated in the exercise. The Mock Examination helps candidates to be in tune with the rudiments of the Computer- Based Test (CBT).It also helps the Board to test its facilities with a view to having a hitch-free examination.
“Centres that are deficient are delisted while those with sundry problems are made to remedy their inadequacies ahead of the main examination.”
