Three persons have been sentenced to death by Osun state High Court for killing one Timileyin Sonibare, for money rituals.

Timileyin Sonibare until his cruel death was a 400 Level student of the Osun State University. He was murdered on the 26th of June 2017 at Oke Baale area in Osogbo, while his head and arm were also cut off and roasted by the convicts.

In the two hours judgement delivered by Justice Kudirat Akano, the court said the prosecution has proved his case beyond reasonable doubt hence the sentencing.
