A non-governmental organization, Guga Global Foundation has flagged off the sponsorship of over 600 orphans in Daura, Katsina State.
The sponsorship is from primary up to tertiary institutions. The NGO also donated school uniforms, books and other essentials to the beneficiaries.

Guga Global Foundation was founded by U.S based I.T specialist, Abduljabbar Surajo Guga aimed at assisting vulnerable people across the globe.
The programme which was held at the Emir’s Palace in Daura on Saturday had in attendance the Emir of Daura, Alhaji Umar Farouk Umar, Education stakeholders, Government Officials, Traditional title holders, and religious leaders among others.
