Just in: Tribunal sacks Osun Gov Adeleke  for  over-voting, orders immediate withdrawal of Certificate of Return

The Election Petition Tribunal chaired by Justice Tertse Kume has sacked the Osun Governor  Senator Ademola Adeleke. 

The majority judgement of two judges out of three ordered that Certificate of Return should be withdrawn from Adeleke and issued to Adegboyega Oyetola. 

The tribunal pegged its decision to sack Adeleke on issue of over-voting in some polling units across the State./SHARE THIS
