PILLAR 1: GOVERNANCE
• Increase of gratuity to retirees from N10m to N100m monthly.
• Regular and prompt payment of salaries.
• Approval of N30,000 new minimum wage
• Implementation of the Treasury Single Account via Remita Payment Platform for transparent and accountable revenue collection in the state.
• Passage of the Autonomy Bill of Ekiti Board of Internal Revenue Law, 2019 to boost internal revenue generation.
• Commencement of naming and shaming of sexual offenders.
• Canvass for the enactment of Ekiti transition law to prevent succeeding governments from abandoning projects initiated by the past administration.
• Constitution of management committee for the implementation of the GBV Law of 2011.
• Creation of Gender and Vulnerable Persons Unit (GVPU) through the office of First Lady which helps citizens in distress (mostly women but not exclusively)
• Reinstatement of the permanent secretaries unjustly denoted by the immediate past administration.
• Capacity building for various cadres in the Civil Service including the government house drivers, information press officers, and tax officers e.t.c
