On Transparency, Oloyede said “There is nothing we hide, we notify you on what we are doing, the weekly bulletin reflects our financial inflow and outflow.”
On Technology, he noted that there was now a total departure from the ways the Board did things in the past, pointing at innovations such as the petitioning of the V-SAT technology for the more compact Telcos VPN that the Board now uses for its examinations, the deployment of CCTV at CBT centres and e-pin vending as opposed to previously used scratch cards among other innovations.
On staff welfare, the Registrar said the Board would not rest on its oars in the task of relieving the tasks of the staff, noting that apart from the shuttle buses that convey staff at no cost, the working environment has been redefined to give staff comfort and sense of pride.

He noted also that many of the zonal and state offices such as Osogbo, Benin, Minna, Ibadan, Kano, Kaduna, Kebbi, Yobe and Lafia are undergoing expansion with others completely changed and being tastefully furnished to ensure a conducive working environment.
He further disclosed that the Board had secured permanent sites for some of the offices such as those in Akure, Bayelsa, Porth Harcourt and Akwa Ibom among others, while necessary tools have also been procured for the various Departments and Units of the Board to facilitate efficient service delivery.
On staff development, he told them of the mentoring initiative he has put in place whereby staff are attached to credible people and role models so as to tap from their wealth of experience.
