Borno Governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum has approved the appointment of Colonel A.A. Chiroma as Special Adviser on Security.
Special Adviser on Public Relations and Strategy, Malam Isa Gusau, who made the announcement, said Governor Zulum has also appointed 10 Senior and Special Assistants for specific functions, two of whom are to serve under the state’s deputy governor. All the appointments are as follows:

The spokesman explained that Governor Zulum will soon approve a date for swearing-in of the special Adviser while all other appointments take immediate effect.
