Governor Kashim Shettima has called the people of Marte, Monguno, and Nganzai Local Governments to come out enmass to vote for President Buhari and all APC candidates in the coming general elections for the development of the area.
The Governor stated this while addressing campaign rally in Monguno at the Central Primary School Playground.
The Governor said they should vote Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum as Governor, Senator Abubakar Kyari as Senator Borno Central, Barr. Mohammed Tahir Monguno as Member, House of Representatives for the development of the area.
Governor Shettima said if they come into power, all APC candidates will address their problems, so also cautioned them about Abuja politicians who only come seasonally during elections to canvass for votes, and then go back to Abuja.
Those who accompanied the Governor on the campaign rallies are the APC State Chairman, Ali Bukar Dalori, the Borno State Gubernatorial candidate, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum,
Senator Abubakar Kyari, Hon. M.T. Monguno, some members of the Borno State House of Assembly, APC stakeholders, party members, senior government officials, and many others.
