Governor Adegboyega Oyetola of Osun State has kicked against the verdict of the Tribunal that voided his election on Friday and said he is heading to the Appeal Court to challenge the ruling.
This was disclosed in a statement by Mr. Wole Oyebamiji, secretary to the State Government of Osun.

In the statement, the Osun State Government informed the people that the judgement has been put on appeal and assured the people of the state that justice will prevail at last, and that the law enforcement agencies have been instructed to maintain law and order across the State.
