Vice President Yemi Osinbajo has expressed gratitude to Nigerians on their reactions to the crash of the helicopter he was in.
In a tweet after the narrow escape, he said
“We are safe and sound! Thank you to everyone who has expressed concern and thank you to the crew who managed the situation well. We believe that God will continue to keep us and Nigeria safe even as we go higher.”

Osinbajo’s helicopter crash-landed in Kabba, while, he was on his way to a campaign rally in Kogi State.
He still went ahead with the rally and urged the people of the state to cast their for candidates of All Progressives Congress (APC).
