A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has extended the previous order allowing Victor Giadom to remain as Acting Chairman of APC. The judgement delivered by Justice S. U Bature also ordered Comrade Mustapha Salihu to remain as the National Secretary of the party. Please see below the court order :
