Covid-19 lockdown: Buhari to address the nation by 8pm, Monday

President Muhamadu Buhari will tonight, Monday, April 27, 2020 address the nation by 8 pm.

He is expected to speak on the developments on the ongoing war against covid-19, including the lockdown already imposed on Lagos, Ogun and the Federal Capital Territory and the upsurge of the pandemic in many other states.

A statement by Femi Adesina, Special Adviser to the President, (Media & Publicity) urged Television, radio and other electronic media stations in the country to “hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) and Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria (FRCN) respectively for the broadcast.”
