Women are blessed by God as natural healers. They sense when anything is wrong or when a child is sick as God has given them that power of intuition. Have we all lost it due to modernity? Plants were first used by women in managing diseases.Women are the first to go to the back yard and pluck those leaves for the treatment of illnesses before the coming of orthodox drugs.

Different illnesses were well treated by women. I’m advocating that women should reflect and stimulate that intuition for a home made solution for family members in this pandemic of covid19
Let me recommend the following for families at home.

1.Hydotheraphy and diaphoterism : The great catholic priest Rev father Sebastian treat most ailments with water which is referred to as hydrotherapy. Use hot baths with addition of *essential oils* such as tea tree, eucalyptus, lavender, mint, ginger, rose, lemon and frankinessence to detoxify the body. The diaphoterism process could be done by getting leaves of eucalyptus, lemon, orange or neem leaves. Add lemon with ginger, put in a pot until the mixture is boiling and releasing aroma then put the pot down and carry out the steaming process. It is an excellent process for toning the body organs and boosting the immune system.

2. Addition of spices to make pepper soups. These spices which are in every kichen spice rack are highly medicinal. They contain nutrients, phytochemicals and antioxidants with antiviral properties. Use them more in soups or as teas.
