Just a few days after his 16-pages letter sparked hot exchanges between him and the Presidency, former President Olusegun Obasanjo was at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa of Tuesday for the Council of State meeting.
Obasanjo had on Sunday in his open letter titled “Point for Concern And Action” chided President Muhammadu Buhari and compared his administration with thta of the late dictator, General Sani Abacha.
The Presidency responding with equal venom said Obasanjo was sick and added thta he was jealous of Buhari.
On Tuesday, at the Villa however, Obasanjo and Buhari were in handshakes as they exchanged banters.
Also at the meeting was the immediate past president, Dr Goodluck Jonathan and a host of past and present leaders.
Among them was Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, who upon defection from the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) had become an acerbic critic of the Buhari administration.
