The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, and celebrity barman, Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, have reached an agreement to resolve the naira abuse charge outside of court, The Nation Newspaper reports.
The out-of-court settlement was disclosed when the proceedings resumed this morning at the Federal High Court, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Cubana Chief Priest is facing a three count Naira abuse charge before Justice Kehinde Ogundare.
The EFCC said these actions violated the Central Bank Act of 2007 and is punishable with six-month imprisonment or a fine of N50,000 or both.
