The Supreme Court has nullified the election of the APC Bayelsa State governor-elect, David Lyon and his running mate Biobarakuma Degi-Eremienyo.
The Court thereafter declared the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party the winner.
David Lyon was to be sworn-in tomorrow.
