The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Governor Kashim Shettima of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner of Borno Central Senatorial seat.
The Commission announced that he polled 342,898 votes as against 75,569 votes of his closest rival, Senator Aba Aji of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
