After rigorous political brinksmanship, the presidential candidate of the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP, in the February 2023 elections, Alhaji Abubakar Atiku, has shut down activities for the year.
A source close to the Waziri Adamawa told this paper that the seasoned politician may jet out of the country today.

Said he: “The man has exerted himself over the year. He did what every tested politician should do in an election year and contest.
“He deserves the break.”
