Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has threatened to stand aloof from the Atiku Presidential Campaign over irreconcilable differences.
Mohammed made the threat over a purported intelligence that Atiku Abubakar is lukewarm about his second-term bid as governor of his state, besides being regularly treated with levity by the party’s presidential candidate.
He allegedly felt slighted that he was not given free hand to manage the party’s campaign in the Northeast, despite his appointment as the Vice Chairman, North-East.
The governor lamented that of all the PDP presidential aspirants at the primaries, he was the only one Atiku did not visit for fence mending and reconciliation, noting it has become evident that Atiku never liked him a bit, and therefore, it should be fool hardy working for such an individual.
…As 5 aggrieved PDP governors vow to sustain tempo of hostility

If this happens, Mohammed will be joining a growing list of aggrieved PDP governors who have shunned the Atiku Abubakar’s presidential campaign over irreconcilable differences.
Only yesterday, the five already aggrieved governors – Nyesom Wike (Rivers), Okezie Ikpeazu (Abia), Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu), Samuel Ortom (Benue) and Seyi Makinde (Oyo) had resolved to sustain their battle against Atiku and National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu.
Mohammed who made his avowed determination known in a letter to PDP chairman Ayu, noted that since he was not trusted by Atiku, he would want to stand aloof for good./SHARE THIS
