
Chief Adegoke Taofeeq Adegboyega has donated a multimillion Naira Econometrics Laboratory to the Management of the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Nigeria.
Chief Adegoke Adegboyega, who graduated from the Department of Agricultural Economics, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, in 1992 is a frontline industrialist and philanthropist who is passionate about contributing to the growth and development of his Alma Mata.
Prof. Eyitope Ogungbenro Ogunbodede, the institution’s vice chancellor, led the Deputy Vice Chancellors, among other principal officers of the institution to receive the donation.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and also the Ajia Balogun Olubadan of Ibadanland, Chief Adegoke Adegboyega is acknowledged to be a consistent partner in the overall development of the University.
Engr. Wale Olaleye FNSE, the Global President of the Great Ife Alumni Association, commended the philanthropic and developmental initiatives of Chief Adegboyega.
While appreciating the exemplary gesture of the Ibadan High Chief, Olaleye urged other Alumni graduates of the foremost institution to continue to identify with the laudable vision and missions of the founding fathers of the University.
