No fewer than two hundred women drawn from Dutse, and Kiyawa are to benefit from a sponsored Intensive Empowerment Training Program by the member of the House of Representatives representing  Dutse/Kiyawa Federal Constituency, Hon. Ibrahim  Abdullahi Kemba Madobi.

The training in conjunction with the Jigawa offices of the NDE is aimed at capacity building, training on different craft’s of one’s chosen trade among others.

Under the scheme the  women will be drawn from both Dutse and Kiyawa where they will be offered special training on different skills of their choice such as tailoring, pomade making, knittings, among others after which they will be provided with working tools and working capital to stand on their foots for self reliance.

Others to benefit were fifty members of the NURTW, twenty five each from Dutse and Kiyawa whom would be supported with fifteen thousand Naira each in assisting them to acquire driving licenses to avoid  being embrass in the hands of FRSC officials.

Speaking on the occasion, Hon. Ibrahim Abdullahi Kemba Madobii said the gesture was part of his humanitarian gesture in raising the economic potentialities of the electorates of his constituencies.

“We intend supporting our people to be able to stand on their feet’s for self reliance in line with our party’s manifesto to eradicate poverty”

He assured the electorates of his constituencies continued support and encouragement in gaining gainful employment opportunities as part of his desire to reduce economic hardship on the less privileged in the society.
