Osun Chief Whip Distributes Cocoa Seedlings to Farmers; Awards Prizes for Essay Competition

All is now set for the distribution of ‘Tunde Olatunji free hybrid cocoa seedling (“Koko Ola”) to farmers in Ife North Constituency of Osun State and the Prize presentation to the winners of the ‘Tunde Olatunji Post COVID-19 Essay competition today, September 17, 2020.
Olatunji is the current Chief Whip of the Osun State House of Assembly. He represents Ife North Constituency.
The free cocoa distribution holds by 10 am today at the Ipetumodu Town Hall while the Post-Covid Essay competition Prize presentation holds at the House of Assembly complex in Osogbo by 2 pm same day.
According to the legislator, “These initiatives that focus on the Agric, Education and Youth development sectors are to further provoke and stimulate the economy, particularly to improve the involvement of our people in the real socio-economic development of our constituency and state at large.”
He implored the Essay winners and the “koko Ola” beneficiaries attend the events promptly.
