Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State has reappointed Hajiya Hauwa Ahmad as Permanent Member II, with the Kano State Pension Fund Trustees.
Announcing this in a press statement on Monday, Abba Anwar, Chief Press Secretary to the Governor of Kano State, said the reappointment was sequel to the satisfactory performance of Hajiya Hauwa Ahmad during her first appointment.
Anwar added that “The appointment is with effect from 20th November, 2019. And she has since collected her appointment letter from the office of the Secretary to the State Government.
“It was noted that, part of the concerted efforts of governor Ganduje’s administration to reposition government agencies for greater productivity and efficient services delivery, is to put people with integrity, love for the state development and patriotism, like the newly reappointed Permanent Member II.
“Clearly stated, the letter of appointment says “The appointment is based on the satisfactory performance during the first tenure of your appointment.” That was exhibited in dedication to duty, loyalty, as well as tremendous contributions towards the development of the state.
“While congratulating her, the governor directed her to keep the good work and exhibition of greater performance, “We are hopeful that you will keep the flag flying.””
