Faith Edeko, a pastor of the Omega Fire Ministries International who was alleged to be having extra-marital affair with the general overseer of the church, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has opened up on the raging scandal.
She dismissed the entire report, describing it as an attempt to blackmail Apostle Suleman.
In a report by Sahara Reporters, the female pastor debunked the allegations made by her husband, describing it as an attempt to blackmail the man of God.
Edeko, who heads a branch of the church in Abuja, said it was her husband who walked out of their marriage, adding that he has demanded a refund of her bride price from her family.
The mother of three said further that she suffered so much abuse while she was married to her husband and even contemplated suicide.
The pastor noted that she had bought sniper and written her note, but didn’t go through with it as her son intervened.
She questioned what her ex-husband stood to gain for making such an allegation. She reportedly told Sahara Reporters: “I don’t know what you hope to achieve, I don’t know who paid you but the only thing I will say is haven’t you done enough?”
