The United Hausa Fulani Peace Initiative has on Friday launched its one million votes campaign and endorsement of all All Progressives Congress (APC) candidates, and for a peaceful 2019 general elections.
The occasion, which took place at the State Hotel, Maiduguri had in attendance the leadership and members of the Initiative who took turns to appreciate Governor Shettima for giving them a sense of belonging, and assured him of their total support, so also to all APC candidates.
Governor Kashim Shettma, the APC Governorship candidate, Professor Babagana Umara Zulum, and the APC State Chairman, Ali Bukar Dalori thanked the Hausa Fulani Initiative for their support and pledged to carry all along, saying there are no settlers or migrants in Borno State.
