A Federal High Court in Ikoyi, Lagos, has fixed 17th of March 17, 2025 for the trial of a Lagos businessman, Oscar Agbeiboh, alleged to have conspired with one Eze chinedu Vitus now at large to produce 265 grams of Methamphetamine.
According to a three count charge filed before the court by the NDLEA prosecuting counsel Mr. Lambert Nor, it was stated that Oscar Agbeiboh, 27, and one Eze Chinedu Vitus now at large on October 10, 2024 at Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo Odofin, Lagos conspired together to produce 265 of Methamphetamine.
The defendant pleaded not guilty. Thereafter, his counsel, Barrister Uche Okoronkwo, filed an application urging the court to admit him to bail under condition it deems appropriate.
The three count charge as filed before the court:
COUNT 1
That you OSCAR AGBEIBOH Male, Adult,27 years old and one Eze Chinedu. Vitus
large on or about the 10th day of October, 2024 at No. 16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo Odofin Conspired amongst yourselves to produce 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroine, and LSD
punishable under Section 14 (b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Act Cap N 30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004

That you OSCAR AGBEIBOH, Male, Adult, 27 Years old and one EZE CHINEDU VITUS now at large on or about the 10th day of October, 2024 at No.16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo – Odofin, Lagos, Lagos State within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court and without lawful authority produced 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroin and ISD and you hereby committed an offence as provided for and punishable under Section 11 (a) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N 30,Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.

That you OSCAR AGBEIBOH, Male, Adult, 27 Years old on or about the 10th day of October,2024 at No. 16 B-C Close Ango Beach Estate, Amuwo-Odofin, Lagos, Lagos State within the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court and without lawful authority dealt in 265 grams of Methamphetamine a Narcotic Drug Similar to Cocaine, Heroin and LSD and you thereby committed an offence as provided for and punishable under Section 11 (c) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Act Cap N 30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
