The All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial candidate in Lagos, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu has won the Saturday, March, 9 election.
This followed the announcement of the results of all the 20 local government areas in Lagos State. He and his party won in all the LGAs.

Sanwo-Olu won with 739,445 while his closest rival Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) scored 206,141.
