President Muhammadu Buhari is meeting with about three governors of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC .
Governor of Kebbi State, Atiku Bagudu who is also chairman of the Progressive Governors Forum, led two others – Governor Simon Lalong of Plateau State and Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State – to the meeting.
The meeting is believed to be part of efforts aimed at resolving the crisis currently rocking the APC at the national level and in some states especially Ondo and Edo States where elections are due few months from now.
