…Cases rise to 442
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, this evening confirmed 35 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19), thus bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 442 across the country.
A breakdown showed that 19 of the positive cases were recorded in Lagos, FCT , nine, Kano, five and Oyo,two.
Of the total 442 cases, 152 patients have been discharged while 13 people have died.
According to NCDC, “As at 10:20 pm 16th April there are 442 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. 152 have been discharged with 13 deaths.”
