Tomorrow October 5, marks my 8th year in Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta. (FUNAAB). Quite memorable!
My mandate was to pioneer the setting up of an efficient radio outfit for the University. God has helped this far. It’s time to move on…from Point A to Point B.
Effective today, I take a final bow from FUNAAB RADIO 89.5FM, the Sound of Abundance.
My good friend and colleague of almost 22 years, Kola Adepoju steps into the saddle as Coordinator, FUNAAB Radio, after today. Kola until today was the Assistant Director at the Public Relations Directorate at FUNAAB.
We simply swapped position. From Monday, I am to take over from him as Assistant Director, Public Relations. I am very thankful and grateful to my Vice-Chancellor, Prof Felix Kolawole Salako for the opportunity to serve in this capacity as FUNAAB RADIO could not have made it this far without his support. This is wishing all our listeners and fans a very good bye. Please extend same cordiality with Mr Adepoju.
He is also a good jolly fellow.
