The meeting was held at the President’s office, in Abuja. At the meeting were the Inspector-General of Police (IGP), Mohammed Adamu; National Security Adviser, Babagana Monguno; and the Director-General of the National Intelligence Agency (NIA), Ahmed Rufai-Abubakar. The meeting, according to sources, was convened to review the report of the president’s Special Envoy to South Africa and also deliberate on the situation in the Nigeria.
