Covid-19: Kwara Govt. Bans Commercial Transportation, Church/Mosque Worships and Eateries

Churches, mosques, commercial transportation and their parks in Kwara State have been banned from operations as from today.
‎Deputy Governor, Mr. Kayode Alabi who made this known in Ilorin said the decision was part of government efforts aimed at curtailing the spread of coronavirus.
He gave the directive today while speaking with newsmen in Ilorin, the state capital. According to him, there would be no movement of commercial vehicles, socio gathering while motor parks would close down.
The Deputy Governor said fast foods would be allowed to operate but would have to be in take-away parks urging Kwarans to adhere to the directive of the government.
Security agents, he said would be on ground to ensure full compliance with the order.
