The Defence Headquarters says the troops of ‘Operation Hadarin Daji’, eliminated several bandits and rescued many kidnap victims in continuation of aggressive clearance under ‘Operation Accord’ in Katsina and Zamfara States. The number of cases of coronavirus worldwide has passed 10 million, according to analysis from Johns Hopkins University. They said the global death toll was nearing 500,000.
